Preparation Steps
1. Prepare the brioche dough

3. Decoration and baking
Preheat your oven to 180°C (356°F). Brush the brioche with egg yolk, sprinkle with pearl sugar if desired, and decorate with the remaining candied fruits.
Bake for 20–25 minutes until golden brown. Let cool slightly before serving.
